The Application Process
At DLC we recognize that career decisions are important and should not be taken lightly. With that in mind, we have designed a comprehensive interview process that ensures both DLC and our candidates make smart and fully informed decisions. Our goal is to align the needs and interests of our candidates with those of our firm. As part of that process you should expect to interact with more DLC consultants, as well as members of our Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams.
Your Resume: Your resume should showcase your skills and abilities while providing an overview of your career progression. Moreover, your background should be presented in chronological format and should clearly indicate dates associated with each major milestone or career entry. Please submit your resume as an attachment in either Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF.
Choose a Location
Your Preferred Location: It is important to note that we are aggressively expanding in all of our major markets including Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego County, San Francisco, and Chicago. Please specify your location of preference if it is outside your current local area.

After a long career in accounting and finance working in both public accounting and private industry, I was eager to apply my 20+ years of experience to make meaningful contributions to other organizations. As a former DLC client, I knew the caliber of talent the company hires and that my projects would be challenging and rewarding.
CPA, PMP with over 30 years of experience. I started my career in the audit group at Deloitte & Touche, then spent 13 years at Nestlé USA in both corporate and divisional roles. Following that I joined Technicolor where I served as Director & Controller of Film Operations at Technicolor for 3 years before joining DLC in 2008.
I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, gardening, and playing golf.
