Ann joined DLC as Managing Director of the San Francisco Bay Area practice in January of 2020 bringing with her 25 years of experience in high level finance and accounting consulting and executive recruiting. In this role, she successfully led the region’s consulting team, business development efforts, and talent recruitment strategy, driving substantial growth in the market.
Recognized for her proven ability to scale teams, Ann transitioned into a new role in 2025, overseeing the greater California region, including Los Angeles and Orange County. With her expertise in the biotech, retail, and technology, and her deep knowledge of the markets, she will lead expansion efforts, drive client partnerships, and deliver top-tier finance solutions.
She is a co-founder of CVPartners and joined Addison Group in 2014 when her company was acquired by the firm. Ann is a CPA and started her career in the audit practice at KPMG in SF where she specialized in leasing and transportation and SEC registrants. She left public accounting as a Senior Manager to begin her career in high level finance and accounting consulting. Ann is a proud native San Franciscan and a graduate of the University of San Francisco
