Project Overview

A private healthcare company specializing in regenerative treatments was in the midst of a new sales ERP implementation and required support to ensure a smooth transition. The organization faced challenges with transferring messy, inconsistent customer data from its legacy system into the new platform while also integrating the new ERP with its existing accounting software. 

DLC was brought in to lead a targeted data cleanup effort, providing both strategic and tactical support to help the client meet its system go-live deadline.

With the new ERP implementation already underway, the client encountered severe data integrity issues ranging from duplicative records to incomplete customer hierarchies. Throughout the engagement, DLC provided proactive communication, surfaced potential roadblocks early, and worked closely with client stakeholders to validate inputs and clarify inconsistencies.
