Cameron Jones Transitions to DLC Client Services Team to Spearhead Midwest Expansion & Meet Evolving Client Needs
We are pleased to announce that Cameron Jones – formerly Director of Talent Acquisition – has recently transitioned into a new role as Client Account Director, joining DLC’s Client Services team to spearhead market growth across the Midwest.
With a decade of experience in professional services, specifically servicing the Corporate Accounting and Finance vertical, Cameron brings his expertise as a talent solutions provider with deep industry insights and an extensive network. His specialization lies in interim solutions, particularly for critical special projects encompassing technical accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, ERP systems, and project management.
Over the past 2 years as Director of Talent Acquisition, Cameron has cultivated business relationships and recruited top-tier talent for DLC. Prior to joining DLC, he played a pivotal role in a high-growth executive search firm, achieving a revenue growth rate of approximately 21,000 percent within its initial 5 years. This accomplishment secured the firm’s No. 1 rank on Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list.
Throughout his career, Cameron has successfully placed hundreds of professionals across all levels, catering to diverse clientele ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

In his new role as Client Account Director, Cameron will work to spearhead expansion efforts into new Midwest markets while integrating measures that meet clients’ ever-evolving needs and empower them to efficiently execute key growth initiatives. Cameron will be driving business development efforts by identifying external resource solutions to fill client project and interim needs, managing consultant deployments, and forging new client relationships.
