DLC Expands Client Services Team with the Addition of Three New Client Account Directors 

DLC, an Addison Group company and a leading finance and accounting consulting firm that helps organizations drive innovation and successful business transformations, has appointed three new client account directors to support increasing client demand in the rapidly growing Chicago and Southern California markets. 

Each of these individuals will be paramount in developing business for DLC and building and expanding client relationships, both in identifying new opportunities for growth and deploying DLC consultants to complete projects successfully. 

About DLC’s New Client Account Directors 

Luke Johnson joined DLC’s client services team in 2021 and has supported a diverse portfolio of clients in the Chicago market ranging from publicly traded corporations to privately held companies and private equity firms. With a robust background collaborating with leaders in a variety of industries and a keen understanding of market trends, Luke leverages his expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Luke holds a bachelor’s degree from McKendree University with a focus in marketing and a minor in leadership. 

Chris Lindquist joined DLC in 2022 as a financial consultant and has 9 years of experience in finance across a myriad of functions; financial planning and analysis, systems implementation, financial modeling, M&A due diligence, post-acquisition transformation and integration, and process improvement.  Previously, he worked for Apple, where he implemented process improvements to budget reporting which resulted in both significant time savings and more granular detail into campaign budgets. Following Apple, Chris spent time as a finance manager for Deluxe Entertainment sitting in a hybrid corporate development and corporate finance function. He is very excited to bring his nearly decade of hands-on experience to this new role to serve the needs of his clients. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Hampton University. 

Bradley Sweetser is a CPA with nearly a decade of expertise who started his career in Deloitte’s Orange County audit practice. Following Deloitte, Bradley gained private industry experience initially as an assistant controller and worked his way up to a controller and VP of finance before he joined DLC in 2022 as a one of the team’s finance and accounting consultants. As a member of DLC, Brad enjoyed working on unique projects with clients such as Fortune 1000 financial institutions and multi-state insurance conglomerates. With nearly a decade of combined experience in both public accounting and private industry, Bradley is positioned well to be a meaningful contributor to the Southern California DLC practice. Bradley earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

In their new roles as client account directors, these individuals will work together to spearhead expansion efforts into new markets while integrating measures that meet clients’ ever-evolving needs and empowering them to efficiently execute key growth initiatives.  

They will be driving business development efforts by identifying external resource solutions to fill client project and interim needs, managing consultant deployments, and forging new client relationships.
